If you need to return a item it must be returned in the condition that it was received -- NOT WORN, WASHED or ALTERED, and with ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED.
If these conditions are met and the item is in perfect re-sell condition with the original sales receipt, you may EXCHANGE ONLY within 14 days from the day you received the goods.

Include in the email the Receipt #, Reason for the return, Description and Item # of the item(s) being returned and we will email you back within 48 hours with instructions on how to proceed. We will not accept returns without a 'Return Authorization Form'
If you purchased from us online and would like to return in-store, you may do so by visiting our store location. We can process your return and issue a store credit or do an exchange if you are returning in person. *Store Credits are only issued in-store and can only be used in-store, not on online orders.
We ship using United States Postal Service (USPS).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is received. Please allow 1-2 days for us to receive and process your order. Once your order is shipped out a second email will be sent with shipping details.
